Yes, but the hourly rates are higher and we advise leasing full-time developers as much as possible because this ensures availability, stability, commitment, process efficiency and optimal engagement. We encourage you to treat them as your own employees. If you require work for more than 80 hours per month, you can be sure that the staff will be dedicated to you.

We send timesheets with summary reports for the previous month during the first week of every month, which details how much time has been spent by your team or team members per task. This data can be used to analyze team or individual trends, schedule performance index and cycle times among others.

We make sure that you and your team only need to be concerned with the job you are trying to outsource. We take care of everything else from taxes to benefits such as HMO and others like SSS, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG. We also provide office infrastructure with complete utilities as well as basic IT equipments but if your operation requires higher specifications, we may charge you for them.
